Directions for Ugly Radio’s
Podcasting
In order to receive our podcast, you must have a Podcast receiver
installed on your computer.
If you already have a "Podcast Receiver" installed on your computer click the Tune In To The Free PODCAST link and select the program you want
to podcast.
If a “Podcast receiver is not already installed on your computer, you
must:
- Download iTunes from www.itunes.com or any other
program capable of receiving a podcast. You can also find a list of
podcast receivers at http://www.podcastingnews.com/topics/Podcast_Software.html.
However, for best performance we at Ugly Radio recommend iTunes
to receive our podcast.
- Once you have downloaded and installed an appropriate
program, go back to our homepage and double click the “iPod”
button. This will bring you to our “Podcast” page.
- Double click on either the Tune In To The Free PODCAST
link, or the “[listen]” link at the end of the paragraph.
- Wait for iTunes to open. (NOTE: The speed of
which the program open depends on your computer and may vary from other
computers).
- iTunes will automatically start downloading the
first podcast. Check back often for updates.
To update the Podcast, click on the “Update” button in the upper
right hand corner of iTunes.
